Use the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine to browse captured websites over time, and submit a page to be crawled using the Save Page Now feature.

HTTrack Website Copier
Creates a mirror of website content that can be stored on your local machine and accessed without an Internet connection.
WARCreate Google Chrome Extension
An extension for browser Google Chrome that can be used to generate Web ARChive (WARC) files from any web page. The WARC format is an archival standard for websites, and can be accessed using the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine.
