The ABI/INFORM Collection features thousands of full-text journals, dissertations, working papers, key business and economics periodicals such as The Economist and Sloan Management Review, country-and industry-focused reports, and major news sources like the Wall Street Journal. Coverage is international.
APC is a non-profit collective that provides access to alternative publications. Its initial screen displays an APC Blog with permalinks for topics of current interest, such as “Black Lives Matter in the Alternative Press,” “Media Bias in the Alternative Press,” and “Islamophobia in the Alternative Press.” Clicking on these permalinks will bring up citations on those topics in alternative press publications. In addition, there is an online directory of bibliographic information for alternative press publications, arranged by title from A-Z; and a list of links to online “friends, allies, and useful resources.”

America’s Historic Newspapers contains full-text from 1836-1922 for the newspapers it covers. It also includes the U.S. Newspaper Directory, which indexes American newspapers published between 1690-present.

The Financial Times Historical Archive, an online, fully searchable facsimile database, delivers the complete run of the London edition of this internationally known daily newspaper, from 1888 to 2010, with all articles and ads included. Covers global finance and economics, as well as industry, energy, international politics, management, personal finance, and the arts.

Open access digital collection of alternative press newspapers, magazines and journals, drawn from the special collections of participating libraries. These periodicals were produced by feminists, dissident GIs, campus radicals, Native Americans, anti-war activists, Black Power advocates, Hispanics, LGBT activists, the extreme right-wing press and alternative literary magazines during the latter half of the 20th century.

The newspapers and news pamphlets gathered by the Reverend Charles Burney (1757-1817) represent the largest single collection of 17th and 18th century English news media. The bound volumes of newspapers and news pamphlets were published mostly in London, however there are also some English provincial, Irish and Scottish papers, and a few examples from the American colonies, Europe and India.
