Library collaboration room technology

Step 1

Once you are in the collaboration room, launch Zoom on your device (laptop or phone).

Step 2

Once you do this, your device may automatically connect to the Neatboard in the room. If it does not, click on the icon in the top right area of the screen that says Pair with a Zoom Room or Zoom for Home device.

Step 3

If you are not already connected to the Neatboard, you will be prompted to enter a sharing key. This key should be displayed on the screen.

Step 4

Your device should now be connected to the Neatboard. Click the icon from step 2 to share your screen.
